Syntec Control System
Syntec control system usually adopted in high end CNC router for multi function. It could be used in ATC CNC router, single arm CNC router, auto-loading & unloading CNC router, Oscillating knife CNC router etc.
It is afforable, good with after-sales service, and is currently the most complete domestic product line, the most potential for development of professional PC based CNC controller brand.
The operation interface is designed according to human visual sense system, which makes people's visual sense to reach the most comfortable state. Portable hand-held remote control unit greatly facilitates tool setting, test cutting, processing and security.
Inverter
Inverter is controler of spindle, it control the start, speed and stop of spindle. We usually adopt Taiwan Detla inverter and shanghai Fuling inverter.
Delta’s inverter combined with DC power systems, could provide a modular UPS for AC power backup. The system can operate in economy mode. When in normal opoeration the total installation’s energy efficiency could be optimized automatically. In regions with AC utility challenges, the auxiliary AC-powered infrastructure is protected by the inverter system from AC mains fluctuations. Further more, the inverter system offers new opportunities for energy savings through providing backup AC power.
YASKAWA Servo Motor and Driver
Compare with stepper motor and driver, Servo motor has lots of good functions.
Better working accuracy, no vibration phenomenon in low speed, constant torque output in higher speed, strong overload ability, more reliable and much faster responding speed. Servo motor and driver is sutable for high end CNC router for higher request.
HSD Air Cooling Spindle
We usually adopt HSD form Italy. It’s world leader brand in the wood, aluminium and plastics engraving industry. The spindle has more advantage in work, well known better quality and long working life-span, good working effect, low ware and 100% declared power etc. All these advantages make it suitable for High-end woodworking engraving machine, like ATC and single arm type. Of course, it is a good choice if you wanna a cnc router with faster working speed in simple engraving operation.
Vacuum Table with T-slot fixture
Our vacuum table is made by aluminum and covered by double hard PVC layer. Don’t need human fix the material and absorb the material automatically. We usually adopt 6 zones vacuum table, and could make customized type according your need. Vacuum table is better for plate engraving with vacuum pump. However if you need cut your materials, you'd better choose fixture to hold the materials. Vacuum table also have T-slot to handle materials cutting work.
Welded Square Pipe Body
Welded Square Pipe Body are made by 15 mm steel square tube and beam, adopt welded with seamless welded structure. Annealing in high temperature and vibrating stress relief. The body with big weight, could keep good stability without deformation in long time working vibration.
Linear ATC Type
Linear ATC cnc router could hole 8 or 12 tools on one or two sides of table, and could finish tools changing automaticly. Same as Tools center CNC router, it made for complex pictures and continuous completion of all major processes of large quantities of products. It adopt the parts with the most advanced technology, high quality, could engrave higher percision work with a long working life. It’s a better choice if you need to carve draw for high end market.
